This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and related requests are handled at The Pickleball Emporium. Please read this page carefully before starting a return.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn and unused
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
Exchanges through the store or door pickup are not available at this time.
Return Process

Include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, further instructions will be shared by email.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
- If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days
- Bank or payment provider processing may take additional time
We recommend contacting your bank or card provider if the refund does not appear after this period.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at thepickleballemporium@gmail.com. Include photos if possible so we can review the issue and assist you promptly.
Order Cancellations
If an order is canceled after confirmation, the customer will be informed by email.
Address Changes After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, delivery address changes are not allowed.
